When I was home I went to the National portrait gallery, as well as the National gallery. When I was there I had a look at the Taylor Wessing Photographic Portrait prize 2009. The exhibition showed the work of some of the best contemporary portrait photographers.

Although the exhibition didn’t give me any inspiration for this collectors brief it inspired me to try and enter a photograph for next years competition. It was also a good way of seeing how an exhibition can be set out.
